Process
Meticulous restoration of a stunning Colonial Revival house of 1904 included the neighborhood’s designation as a National Register Historic District, resulting in the project’s eligibility for rehabilitation tax credits. Several elegant additions and outbuildings — kitchen and family room wing, garage, veranda, and workshop — were designed to comply with federal preservation standards, enabling the owners to qualify for the significant tax credit.
