Online: Capital Trees Initial Project

Former publisher of Virginia Business, Jim Bacon, recently posted an article on his blog, Bacon’s Rebellion, a story on the 14th Street Capital Trees Initiative. 3north Principal Jay Hugo has worked closely the City of Richmond and four Richmond Garden Clubs of the Garden Club of Virginia on this unique public-private partnership to not only beautify a barren streetscape, but also to reduce storm water run-off into the James River.
