Process
A consortium of four Richmond Gardens Clubs, The Three Chopt Garden Club, The Boxwood Garden Club, The Tuckahoe Garden Club and The James River Garden Club developed a streetscape for the block of 14th Street between Franklin Street and Main Street. The project includes urban friendly plantings appropriate to the space, lighting, and rain gardens to assist in water quality. The project was be funded through public and private efforts.
