Process
Built in 2013, this Greek Revival farmhouse in Goochland, Virginia, was designed to look as if it had been there forever. With its gracious center hall and unassuming front porch, the house embodies the owners’ shared vision of a homestead from a simpler time. Their modest wish list included bookshelves with good reading lamps, a mudroom with an eye-level window for the dog, and outdoor spaces ripe for family memories.
