Since 1991, virtually every aspect of The Homestead — including main building and wings, spa, casino, landscape, and aquatic features — has been renovated or newly designed by a 3north principal. For over two decades, ongoing projects have updated the resort, repositioning it for a new generation of guests, while maintaining the venerable historic aplomb of its architecture, interiors, and landscape.
The long-standing relationship has resulted in a plethora of graphic design commissions that have reinvigorated the Homestead brand: logos and marks, way-finding and signs, artwork and exhibits, carpet and china design, and spa amenities design.
